HOW IT WORKS
Fourteen days. Two phases. Every day has a theme, a goal, and a mission checklist your reps complete in real turf. They earn points for every action, compete for daily and weekly awards, and graduate as confident fiber closers ready to carry their own territory.
Structure
DAILY FLOW
01 — RUN IT DAILY
Each morning, hand reps the day's theme and checklist. Tasks get done live on the doors — not in a classroom.

02 — SCORE EVERYTHING
Every knock, conversation, pitch and sale earns points. Reps log their numbers; trainers verify recordings and photos.

03 — COMPETE & REWARD
Daily side-quest challenges keep it fun. End-of-week awards recognize attitude, hustle and closing — not just volume.
